We’re Daniel and Vincenzo – two Calabrians born with flour on our hands and the scent of wood-fired pizza in our hearts. Growing up in Southern Italy, pizza wasn’t just food; it was family, tradition, and a way of life. After moving to the UK, we carried that passion with us, along with the flavors and stories of our homeland.

Our food truck was born from a simple dream: to share the authentic taste of Calabria with our new community, one pizza at a time. Every ingredient we use, every dough we knead, and every pizza we serve is a tribute to our roots – to the small towns where we grew up, to the nonnas who taught us the art of simplicity, and to the joy that good food brings when shared.
